CHERRY TREE COTTAGES
West Yorkshire UK.

Dear Stan and Elaine. Thank you for our lovely stay at the cottages. It was great to meet you and hear all about your love for travel, animals and LIFE!  All my family members have now left UK after a fun stay here and a very wonderful family wedding. Both of you played a part in making it a lovely occasion for all of us. On behalf of the team, Thank you! Best wishes to both of you and happy travelling. :  Merle and all the family : Cheshire , USA and Canada : July 2011

The cottage is comfortable and cosy - the bathroom is particularly good.  Elaine and Stan were welcoming and helpful, and shared their beautiful garden, which is exciting for children. : Emma and family ( couple +3 year old + baby ) : Birmingham : June 2011

We stayed in Cherry Tree cottage for two weeks and had a great time. The cottage is ideal for walking, and the garden was full of sweet strawberries and raspberries to eat! We loved it all. : Grethe and Stephen : Norway : July 2011.

Just returned from a fantastic few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The accomodation was excellent-just what we wanted and the walking was fantastic-unusually we managed to tire our 10 month old Cocker Spaniel. Close enough to Leeds to visit our family regularly. Do try the nearby Farmshop-the pastries are scrummy. : Jan, Ray and Tess : Aylesbury, Bucks : April 2011

My wife and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Cherry Tree cottage. Stan and Elaine made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help us with a variety of matters. It was very nice to have both a gas fireplace and also central heating. We also very much appreciated having fast wifi. We would happily recommend Cherry Tree cottage. : Gordon and Wendy : Ontario, Canada : March 2011

A great base for our trip back North to see Mum. A real home from home, and a garden the dogs loved. We will be back! Thanks. : Nick, Kerry and our happy dogs Zoe and Rosie : Lostwithiel, Cornwall : August 2010.

Great visit home to Yorkshire to see parents in Huddersfield. Thank you. We loved the garden, and especially picking our own fresh raspberries and strawberries on the field. We timed our visit very well just as all the fruit was ripening. We loved the berries !! : Carol, Martin, Matt and Molly : West Virginia USA : July 2010

Thanks for making us so welcome, and for the home-grown fruit and jam. Delicious!  Also for the hints on finding where the wild orchids were growing at Scammonden and Dean Head. : Mike and Shirley : Madeira : June 2010

We moved into Cherry Tree Cottage for a week whilst our house was fixed. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed and lots of extras that made all the difference. We felt very welcomed by Stan and Elaine, and they were available should we need them. The garden was fantastic and the kids loved the newts in the pond. We would recommend this cottage to anyone. : Sarah, Simon, Annabelle and William : Yorkshire : May 2010

A working holiday! A comfortable, cosy cottage equipped with all we needed. Great pubs and walks nearby. Our stay in Yorkshire has been all too short. Many thanks. : Adrian, Catherine, Rachel and Matt : Sussex UK : October 2009

An excellent and well maintained cottage. Well positioned for walking, and a choice of excellent local pubs we could walk to. With pubs in mind, we found real ale at only £2 a pint. Thanks for a good holiday. : Brothers Pete and Phil : Nottingham : September 2009
