Cherry Tree Cottages Booking Information

All-inclusive Prices :  There are no extras of any kind. Prices are fully inclusive and cover all linen, towels, soap, heating, cooking, lighting, hot water and hot baths/showers. Central Heating is under visitor's control, and is available all year round at no extra charge. Laundry and drying facilities are also freely available in Cherry Tree House and Cherry Tree Cottage. 

Non Smokers preferred :  Our cottages are now non-smoking. Visitors may still smoke in the gardens and patio areas if they wish. We have been awarded the Roy Castle Gold Award, and the cottages are totally smoke free areas.  

Pets and children welcome :  All children are welcome. There is no extra charge for the provision of cot or high chair, if required. 
Well behaved pets are welcome, at no extra charge, but they must not be left unattended in the cottage.

Short Breaks:   Short break holidays may start on any day , but with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The daily rate is calculated as 20% of the weekly rate. 
Longer Stays: For longer stays, we offer 5% off the second and subsequent weeks. (complete weeks only)  
Booking Conditions : Reservations will be made when bookings are confirmed in writing or by email, stating the day and date of arrival, the number of days required, and including a non-returnable deposit of 40% of the total cost. The balance will become due four weeks before the holiday commences. Where a booking is made within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full payment will be required .

Cancellation Insurance : When you book a holiday, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover you, or any member of your party against accident, illness, redundancy and so on. An insurance application form will be included with our confirmation. Cherry Tree Cottages have a detailed Cancellation policy 
Payment : We accept payment by UK cheque (payable to Elaine Shaw, please), or by credit card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta) If you prefer not to send card details over the internet. we will telephone you for the required information.
