Short Breaks:   Holidays may start on any day , but with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The daily rate is calculated as 20% of the weekly rate. 

Longer Stays  For longer stays, we offer 10% off the second week. (complete weeks only).  For monthly lets, our prices are negotiable. Please phone us directly to discuss.

Payment :   We  accept payment by  credit/debit card  (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta), or by  UK cheque (payable to Elaine Shaw, please).  You can make payment by Paypal to "cherrytree@yorkshire-cottages.co.uk".  If you prefer not to send card details over the internet, we will telephone you for the required information.

Reservations :  Reservations will be made when bookings are confirmed in writing or by email, stating the day and date of arrival, the number of days required, and including a non-returnable deposit of 40% of the total cost. The balance will become due four weeks before the holiday commences. Where a booking is made within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full payment will be required .

All-inclusive Prices : There are no extras of any kind. Prices are fully inclusive and cover all linen, towels, soap, heating, cooking, lighting, hot water and hot baths/showers. Central Heating is under visitor's control, and is available all year round at no extra charge.
