Cherry Tree Cottages Cancellation Policy
It
is advisable for you to take out adequate Holiday Insurance Cover which should
at least provide comprehensive cover if you have to cancel your booking. You
should always check with your chosen insurance supplier what the policy you
choose would cover (ie ill health, redundancy etc). We will include
an application form for the Yorkshire Tourist Board approved scheme with our
written confirmation of booking
It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate
for your needs.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is that 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure
the booking, with the balance payable one month before the start of the holiday.
If the reservation is cancelled by the customer prior to one month before the
start of the holiday, we will refund any balance paid in excess of 40%. If the
cancellation notice is received less than one month before the start of the
holiday, refunds cannot be made.
Should
you wish to cancel all, or part, of your booking after confirmation, you will be
liable to cancellation charges. If your cancellation is covered
by insurance, you will be eligible to reclaim these cancellation costs from your
insurer. Claims must be made direct to
the insurer.
Changes and Cancellations by us
